Advice and Quality Support Supervisor
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £24,150 (following satisfactory probation period)
Hours: 37 hours a week (Monday – Friday)
Location: Ipswich – Office Based
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised person to join our expanding Core Generalist Advice Team as an Advice and Quality Support Supervisor.
This vital role supports the core team of volunteer Generalist Advisers on the front line of supporting the local community. Our volunteer workforce are essential to our service they require coaching and support as they train to be advisers, encouragement and constructive feedback to ensure they meet our Quality Standards.
To coach advisers on a 121 basis to support a high standard of Case Management through relevance of advice, case administration and a high degree of accuracy with system coding (ie use of Funder and Advice Inquiry Codes, Potential Evidence Flags etc).
To share insights through participation in Quality Reviews with Senior team peers and to support the Core Team Manager in the execution of any ‘Quality of Advice’ related actions.
To support ongoing training through the identification, development and delivery of ‘fit for purpose’, timely and relevant advice based training for Core/Generalist advisers.
We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, proactive, highly organised, and with a strong attention to detail. Preferably a qualified Citizens Advice Adviser with a proven track record of delivering advice and support and working with volunteers. We work closely together on cases, so the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
We would consider someone with the appropriate skills and ability aspiring to be an AQS Supervisor as a trainee
