Volunteer with us

Volunteers are vital to our service. If you have a few hours a week to spare and want to make a real difference, we’re always looking for volunteers at Citizens Advice Ipswich to help clients get the information and advice they need.

The right advice can change someone’s life and you could make a real difference by joining our friendly team.

Whether you want to enhance your CV, gain new skills and knowledge or give something back to your community, our volunteer roles come with full training to help our clients in Ipswich overcome problems such as benefits, money problems, family issues and employment.

We hold regular volunteer introductions sessions. Email us at training@ipswichcab.org.uk for the next available date.

To apply to volunteer, you can download our Volunteer Application Pack which includes role descriptions and an application form, or you can pick up a pack at our office.

You can return your application form either by email to training@ipswichcab.org.uk or by dropping them in to our office.
