hard to know where to turn to for help. But our specialist Money Advice team
at Citizens Advice Ipswich can help you find a way forward.
In the last year alone, our specialist debt advisers helped clients in Ipswich write off over £1 million of debt.
Our service is free and completely confidential.
The advice you receive from us will be based on a detailed assessment of your circumstances. We’ll also provide you with follow-up support to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to decide on the options that are right for you.

Who we help
We offer support to anyone who lives or works in Ipswich and is seeking help with personal debt. Our funding for this project comes from the Money & Pensions Service.

Additionally, we’re pleased to be working in partnership with St. Giles Trust to offer debt, money and benefit advice to people on probation in Ipswich – referred to us through their probation workers.
