Generalist Advice Team

Michael John
Advice Session Supervisor

Throughout the pandemic, although our ‘drop-in’ sessions had to be
suspended we continued to run a phone and email-based advice service
for clients, but we’re very pleased to announce that our daily drop-in advice
sessions are now running again between 9:30am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Our General Advice Service is almost entirely supported by volunteers. We take great pride in the quality of our advice training, with all our team members equipped with the expertise and passion to guide you towards your options and to support you in finding the advice that you need.

Our advice service is completely free, and we can assist with a wide range of issues.
