Do you have a few hours a week to spare and want to make a real difference? We’re always looking for volunteers at Citizens Advice Ipswich to help clients get the information and advice they need.
The roles that we can offer are:

● Advice assistant
● Administration support
● Casework assistant
● Media & social media volunteer
● Research & campaigns support
● Trustee
Whether you want to enhance your CV, gain new skills and knowledge or give something back to your community, our volunteer roles come with full training to help our clients in Ipswich overcome problems such as benefits, money problems, family issues and employment.
The right advice can change someone’s life and you could make a real difference by joining our friendly team.
