Citizens Advice Ipswich Quality and Performance Co-ordinator

 

Contract:                         Permanent

Salary:                             Circa £24,000 (based on relevant experience)

Hours:                             37 hours a week (part time considered)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Performance Co-ordinator to join Citizens Advice Ipswich.  This is a new role designed to support our diverse and growing organisation and we are looking for an inquisitive, robust communicator who can work with our advice, project and management teams to provide quantitative performance reporting and data analysis across the organisation.  The role will play a key part in collating data to support stakeholder and funder performance reporting and to support wider communications around organisational trends and developments.

The role sits at a mid-senior level and will support Senior Management to formulate data driven insights on organisational trends and activities, and also at team level with our supervisors to support team-based reporting and insights that can aid team development and identification of any new training requirements.

Citizens Advice Ipswich runs multiple projects (engaging with a range of external stakeholders) to provide client support across areas such as Money Advice, Universal Credit/Benefits and Social Prescribing through local GP surgeries and also through our Core team who manage initial requests across any subject areas (such as housing, employment, family, consumer, money, immigration or benefits queries)

To be successful in this role you will be a confident, personable, self-driven and self-motivated individual with experience of analysing and using quantitative data to formulate robust and intelligent reports and communications.  You will be able to engage and work effectively with our team supervisors, have excellent communication skills and be able to self-manage your workload and time in order that deadlines can be met.  You will have a passion for making a difference by providing top-quality information to help inform internal and external stakeholders and develop the ongoing Quality of Advice provided to clients through our teams.
